CASE STUDY: Paris Blues has had a flare for flares for twenty years as a manufacturer and marketer of fashion forward designs and knowing what 14-19 year-old girls want to wear. A few years after the brand was founded in 1981, Paris Blues popularity exploded with body conscious denim style jeans, shorts, dresses that included innovative stonewash, acid wash and garment dye process.
