We realize that many requests about AceFlex® e-commerce software, services or company itself are coming via email or submitted on the Web. The online registration requires customers to provide us with contact information such as name, address, email, etc. It is used only either for communication or delivery of requested information, software, newsletters or authorization of individual accounts to our customer service area.
We can also track down IP addresses of our visitors to protect against fraud or diagnose technical problems of our Web site. We can also collect financial information submitted by our clientele to check qualifications, verify identity, as well as for billing purposes. It's never used for marketing purpose either. All information is kept strictly secure and confidential. Of course, all clients are responsible for keeping in secret all their personal login details appropriately.
AceFlex® can use a third party payment gateway to process credit cards. The gateway is a member of financial network and not eligible to store, retain or use any customer's financial details except as for credit card verification and capturing funds allowed. Unique identification numbers are also used for our records.
All visitors may subscribe to the mailing list and receive information about new features added as upgrade to AceFlex® software, special offers, and more. Upon request, we will immediately remove any customer profile or the email subscribed from our mailing list. |
